3. Services
CCG provides business consulting services including but not limited to strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

4. Engagement
All engagements will be initiated with a written agreement detailing the scope of services, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Both parties must sign this agreement before any work commences.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in the engagement agreement.
Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

6. Confidentiality
CCG agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent from the client, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the engagement remains the property of CCG until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of any deliverables will transfer to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability
CCG’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question. CCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Hampshire.

11. Amendments
CCG reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between CCG and the client and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
